This customer service training began for me as I was working my way through San Diego State University as a telemarketer for a computer software company. Don't worry, I wasn't one of those awful telemarketers that calls your home phone during dinner time. I was calling CEO's, CTO's, CFO's of manufacturing companies and learned how to talk fast and get to the point (because I didn't like hearing the dial tone.) I've never forgotten those early lessons.
My love of real estate started the day I entered the business full time over 11 years ago. Initially working with a pool of buyers, I was able to use my negotiating skills to obtain the best possible outcome for my buyers. Buyers need someone who knows the San Diego area inside and out! I work with my buyer clients to find the right home at the right price, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. My past clients can attest to my ability to do what it takes to find them the perfect property including those not currently listed for sale! Continuing to work with buyers throughout the San Diego market allows me to have a keen understanding of what makes a house attractive to buyers allowing my sellers to benefit from this knowledge which changes on a daily basis.
